U.S. officials seek end to Cuban restrictions on diplomats

The United States will urge Cuba to lift travel restrictions and agree to establishing U.S. and Cuban embassies in historic talks in Havana this week aimed at restoring diplomatic ties, a senior U.S. State Department official said on Monday.
