U.S. brewer says sorry to Indian people for Gandhi-inspired beer

The New England Brewing Company is offering an apology to Indians if they are offended by the “Gandhi-Bot” beer, but the Connecticut-based brewer says the drink is meant to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi. A court petition was filed in an Indian court alleging the American company is violating laws.
