Typhoon Haiyan: Philippines year-long recovery still proving difficult

One year after a devastating storm killed thousands in the Philippines, church bells rang and sirens wailed across the hard-hit city of Tacloban today to mark the moment when typhoon Haiyan barrelled inland from the Pacific.
