Syria town of Kobani under assault as calls to save it grow

Several Syrian human rights groups call on the world to save the embattled Syrian Kurdish town of Kobani from falling into the hands of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria as new U.S.-led airstrikes targeted the extremists near the town.
