France hosts international summit of about 30 countries to confront ISIS problem

Reconnaissance planes at the ready, France’s president said there was “no time to lose” in the global push to combat extremists from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), minus the two countries who share most of Iraq’s borders.
