2 shot, 31 arrested in Ferguson during clashes with police

The National Guard arrived in Ferguson but kept its distance from the streets where police clashed again protesters, as clouds of tear gas and smoke hung over the St. Louis suburb where an 18-year-old was fatally shot by a police officer.
