Russian search engine company Yandex has announced that it has acquired Auto.ru for $175 million. Auto.ru runs the largest catalog of online auto classifieds in Russia with more than 400,000 listings for cars and car parts, which are added by dealers and private sellers. Auto.ru also keeps readers informed with reviews, news and forums.
