Vietnam Minister Apologizes For Taiwan Losses During Anti-China Riots

Vietnam’s minister of trade and industry Vu Huy Hoang in Taipei on Monday apologized for losses that Taiwan businesses suffered in his country during anti-China riots earlier this month, Taiwan official media reported.
