in Utah, Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) owns the bottom, but not the top, of its ski mountain. They have been leasing the top from Talisker, the company that owns a nearby resort, The Canyons. After claiming that PCMR missed a deadline (by a few days) in 2011 to renew its lease, Talisker began eviction proceedings.
