How To Fix Our Broken Online Customer Review System

One evening in December 2012 a party of nine visited a restaurant in New York City and ordered a house salad. Seven of the nine became ill because, as a health inspection later found, there was cross-contamination in the refrigerator, “bare-hand” contact with ready-to-eat food, improperly sanitized work surfaces and the ready-to-eat vegetables weren’t washed.
