Clinton: U.S. Can't Retreat From Regions In Turmoil

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified before Congress about the events surrounding the Sept. 11 consulate attack in Benghazi, Libya. The U.S. ambassador to Libya and three other Americans were killed in the attack.
