Nepal 7.9 earthquake hits populated Kathmandu Valley
A powerful, 7.9-magnitude earthquake shook Nepal’s capital and the densely populated Kathmandu Valley before noon Saturday, collapsing houses and levelling centuries-old temples. Police in Nepal say more than 100 people have died.
