Little chance of ISIS leaders facing war-crimes inquiry, ICC says

There is evidence of war crimes by Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) insurgents but little prospect yet that their leaders will be investigated by the International Criminal Court, its chief prosecutor says.
