Falling loonie has some Canadian snowbirds selling their U.S. homes

Canadian snowbirds who live part-time in the U.S. are finding life difficult because of the low currency exchange rate. Some are even cashing in on their homes, making about 20 per cent on the currency conversion and going back to Canada, Kim Brunhuber writes.
