Lelisa Desisa of Ethiopia won his second Boston Marathon on Monday, two years after he donated the medal from his first title to the city in the memory of bombing victims. Kenya’s Carolina Rotich won the women’s race, outsprinting Mare Dibaba to win by 4 seconds.
