Storm blasts eastern U.S. with heavy rain and snow

A blast of rain and snow along the U.S. East Coast snarled traffic and disrupted flights for millions of Americans at the start of the long Thanksgiving weekend, as Environment Canada issued numerous warnings for the Alantic provinces about the same storm system.
