Tribal community says Washington school shooter was 'happy-go-lucky, normal kid'

Washington’s Tulalip Indian Reservation is struggling to find answers after a school shooting in which one of its young members, Jaylen Fryberg, killed a girl and seriously wounded four other teens before he died of a self-inflicted wound.
