Canadian Consulate in Istanbul evacuated after suspicious powder found
Turkish authorities have begun an investigation into an unidentified yellow powder that was found in a package received at the Canadian Consulate in Istanbul. The consulate has been evacuated, says CBC’s Jeff Semple.
