Suspect who threatened Austrailian PM shot dead after stabbing 2 police officers

An 18-year-old man who reportedly made threats against Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott has been shot dead and two police officers from the joint counter terrorism team have been stabbed in a Melbourne suburb.
