Kashmir flooding national disaster, India PM declares, as military take on rescue efforts

Army and air force troops worked through the night to rescue thousands of people stranded across Kashmir and parts of northern and eastern Pakistan where more than 320 people have been killed in landslides and flash floods, an Indian official said Monday.
