We are now about to start the third round of group matches. After two full rounds of games we have Netherlands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, France, Argentina and Belgium all with 100% records. At a minimum either Chile and/or Netherlands will drop off that list given that they play each other. But does a 100% group record after three games really tell us anything about how far a country will progress?
