It’s been a rough year for , with the Wii U and 3DS missing sales targets by a wide margin and the company being heavily in the red as a result. Recently, however, there’s been a bit of a turnaround now that Mario Kart 8 is a smash hit for the Wii U, and has been the biggest jump-start for sales of the console since launch. With Smash Bros. (hopefully) arriving before the end of the year, many are hoping that this is a turning point for the struggling console.
