U.S. defence chief to be grilled by Congress on Bergdahl, Taliban prisoner swap

United States Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel will face angry lawmakers as he becomes the first Obama administration official to testify publicly Wednesday about the controversial prisoner swap with the Taliban.
