Frustrated in Washington, Obama spends time with ‘real Americans’

With just over two years remaining in his term, the White House is trying to maximize U.S. President Barack Obama’s exposure to “real Americans,” hoping more intimate and less scripted interactions will remind struggling citizens why they voted for him in the first place.
