The city tops a list of the Best Cities For Employee Recognition released by the employee data measurement-focused Quantum Workplace, which surveyed almost 5,000 companies and 400,000 employees, tracking employees’ sense of how often they were recognized with, for example, a raise, professional development or training opportunities, time off, or good old fashioned praise from the higher ups.
