Not everyone believes Nigeria won't negotiate with schoolgirl kidnappers

After a couple of days of saying it might, Nigeria ruled out negotiating with the militant Islamist group Boko Haram over the kidnapped schoolgirls. Not everyone, however, is convinced nothing is going on behind the scenes.
