“What is the internet?” It took Justin Wheeler, Vice President & “re-Founder” of the edgy non-profit Liberty in North Korea, a moment to digest the question. An early 20’s male was meeting with Wheeler in China, having just escaped his home country of North Korea a few days prior. He literally did not know what the internet was.
