Kerry urging quick repair of ties between Turkey, Israel

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has urged Turkish leaders Sunday to speedily restore full diplomatic relations with Israel. He is in Istanbul on the first leg of a six-nation trip that goes on to Europe and East Asia.
