Egyptian Economy Continues To Struggle As It Negotiates With IMF

The Egyptian economy has been in a tailspin since the Arab Spring two years ago. Robert Seigel talks to economist Farah Halime from Cairo about new measures the government there is taking as they attempt to secure a more than $4 billion loan from the International Monetary Fund.
