The great thing about Android’s maps is that you can mark locations on your computer (while logged onto your Google account) and those places will automatically appear on the Google Maps app on your device. Another great feature is that Google Maps gives you the option to use mass transportation routes.


If you’re in a major city and have to use public transportation, the app will tell you what bus/train to catch. The iPhone 5 comes with Apple’s new Maps app that has turn-by-turn navigation. Android has had turn-by-turn navigation for years and because of that, it’s automatically better than Apple’s version since they’re just starting out.
